Royal Lube

Took a freaking hour, had all kinds of problems. Didn't vacuum car out (they did others, but not mine), marked they checked cabin filter, they absolutely did not, I was there the whole time. $90 for 4 qts oil - Will never go back In response to your reply - Yes, I did provide my own filter, but then the filter your computer told them to put on also did not work. And believe me you must have charged me for the filter, because I can buy 5 qts of Mobile1 for $26.97 & you can buy for less. Of course I'm not convinced I got what I requested since you brought out from the back room in a generic container. I also noticed you didn't speak to the fact my filters (air and cabin) where not checkedm(but marked checked on receipt) nor car vacuumed out.......? Why not? no response needed since the 1st reply was a waste of time - Remember, many times you only get 1 shot at earning a customer!

I’ve been getting oil changes and inspections done here, for a couple years now and am always surprised by how good the prices are compared to anywhere else I’ve ever gone for these services. The employees are friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They never surprise you with expensive additional costs and they’re so quick! I’ve never had to wait long, even when there have been other customers ahead of me! If I could only recommend one single business in Tyler, Royal Lube may very well be the one. I plan to keep coming back for years to come.

I'm always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Good prices. They show me stuff I may need (and also when I can wait on it). Honest, good workers.

I went today to get my oil changed, new wiper blades, and a car inspection. All three were performed in 15 minutes for the best price I've ever paid. The employees here are so incredibly nice and respectful. As a woman, I've had a lot of issues with car maintenance people treating me like dirt and trying to pull scams even. Not here! The people who helped me looked me in the eye and listened to what I needed, then presented me with the options they had available and prices. Nothing has ever been easier and I just can't say enough good things about this place!

Brought my truck in for an inspection, within moments had a whole team of people checking everything out while cleaning the windows and vacuuming the inside of my truck. Very professional, thorough and quick.
